Let me tell you how Yoga has helped me, a single mom of 2 for almost 15 years, get my life back. Yoga led me on a personal journey that I wish to share with you.
When I lost my spouse several years ago, I was angry and frustrated. I would yell and lose my temper over the most inane things. I didn’t have the patience to handle the simplest everyday tasks. My children did not understand why I was so upset all the time. I knew that something had to change for the better. That’s when I found Yoga and began a new journey that helped me to find inner peace, mental clarity and the ability to have compassion for myself and others.
When I walked into my first yoga class I felt a sense of belonging: something that I hadn’t felt in a long time. I was able to be fully present without judgment. As I continue to do my daily Yoga I notice how I have a new perspective on life and I was more understanding with my children and with myself.
Yoga transformed my life on many different levels and that’s why I became a Yoga teacher. You may think you don’t have time for fitness and health, but let me teach you how you can easily incorporate Yoga into your life.
